1 hour - Personal Assistant (Athens and Atlanta Georgia Area)

• Manage events and/or volunteers 
• Meet with you in person for any reason (create schedules, edit materials etc...)
• Pick up and drop off packages, dry cleaning, prescriptions
• Attend meetings (note taking etc...) 
• Meeting/ Presentation preparation 
• Professional phone calls - return calls, cold calls, client calls, appointment confirmation calls
• Proofreading emails or documents 
• Create shopping lists/ order groceries for pick-up or delivery (I do not pickup)  
• Travel plans and logistics 
• Schedule home help 
• Source quality third-party vendors (Plumbers, Electricians, Housekeepers, handyman, landscaping, Doctors, Pest Control, etc...) 
• Transcription of audio 
• Schedule meetings
  
• Thank you notes and gifts, hostess gifts
